Q.   How do I set up my Trash Services?

Sanitation Service within the Grayson city limits is provided through a city contract with Robertson Sanitation.  You must call City Hall to set up your service.

Trash pick up is Thursday. Please have your containers by the curb by 7:00 a.m.

Yard debris pick up is on Friday. Yard debris must be in brown paper yard debris bags or in a plastic container no larger than 32 gallons. Limbs must be bundled and tied no longer than 4 feet and weigh no more than 50 pounds. Yard debris will not be picked up if it is in plastic trash bags.

You may call Robertson Sanitation directly at 770-867-4367 for customer service issues such as missed pick-ups or to request a large item pick-up, but you must call City Hall for billing questions and container requests.

Robertson Sanitation only observes three major holidays: New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. As a rule, collection will run one day late if any of those holidays fall on a weekday. The normal Thursday pick-up will apply for all other holidays.

To start new trash service call 770-963-8017, for customer service issues call 770-867-4367. All residents must use the City approved Robertson Sanitation.

The cost of trash service through the city is $35/quarter.  Senior Adults 65+ receive a discounted price of $22.50/quarter.
