At the City Council meeting of January 25, 2010 the City Council voted to revise the City of Grayson Clean Indoor Air Ordinance with the following revision:

Sec. 30-34.  Regulation of smoking.

            (c)        Smoking near entrances to public places and food service establishments.  Smoking is prohibited within twenty (20) feet of any entrance or door to a public place or food service establishment, except that smoking shall be permitted within an outdoor patio area of a food service establishment that is within twenty (20) feet of an entrance or door.
