Location of City Offices and Business Hours

The City of Grayson City Hall is located at 475 Grayson Parkway, on Highway 84. All City business is conducted during the hours of 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday; (closed for lunch from 12:00 PM-1:00 PM).

Sanitation Service

Sanitation Service within the Grayson city limits is a free service provided to the residents from the City budget.

The City contracts with Robertson/Republic Services for Sanitation service. Trash, recycling and yard debris pick up is on Thursday.

Please have your containers by the curb by 7:00 a.m. Yard debris must be in brown paper yard debris bags. 

Limbs must be bundled and tied no longer than 4 feet and weigh no more than 50 pounds. Yard debris will not be picked up if it is in plastic trash bags. 

You have a choice between a 90-Gallon Recycle Roll Cart or an 18-Gallon Recycle Bin.You must call City Hall to set up service and request containers, 

customer service issues such as missed pick-ups or to request a large item pick-up.Republic Services only observes three major holidays:

New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. As a rule, collection will run one day late if any of those holidays fall on a weekday. 

The normal Thursday pick-up will apply for all other holidays.To start new trash service call 770-963-8017.

All residents must use the City approved Robertson/Republic Sanitation.
