This park offers plenty of space for play, a playground, and one pavilion that can be used as an event space. The pavilion is first-come, first-served, and must be reserved in person at Grayson City Hall.

Park and Pavilion Rules
- Park Hours are 7:00am – 9:00pm
- No bicycles, skateboards, scooters or any other wheeled device with or without a motor is allowed on the Ampavilion stage/area.
- There is no vehicle access to the pavilion. Park Drive is officially a closed street starting at the park restroom. Handicapped guests can find handicapped parking spots next to the senior center or in the Kennerly Cox House parking lot. There is sidewalk access to the pavilion from all paved lots. No vehicles are allowed to drive past the senior center parking lot and no vehicles are allowed to drive over the curb, across a sidewalk, or onto the grass in the park area to load or unload.
- No smoking and no alcoholic beverages are allowed on the park property.
- No camping or sleeping in the park.
- All pets must remain on a leash.
- No petting zoos, pony rides, water-related activities, bounce houses, inflatable devices, confetti, silly string, fireworks, firecrackers, popits, tents (or anything that is staked to the ground) or balloon-releasing activities are allowed.
- The park/pavilion shall not be used for commercial activity, fundraising events, admission charges, or the selling of food or beverages.
- No outside grills of any type are allowed. If a park grill is used, please extinguish the charcoal before leaving.
- NO paint, sidewalk chalk or any other form of painting is allowed on the Ampavilion, Stage or Pavilion. Do NOT hang any decorations from any structure or landscaping material with fasteners of any sort (e.g., nails, screws, staples, or the like). Do not use tape or glue or the like unless you plan to remove the same. All decorations must be removed at the end of the function.
- No event shall be set up on the stage at the Ampavilion, on the grass in front of the stage or the Ampavilion on either side of the stage.
- Pavilion is not available for use on holidays and days of City events.
Failure to abide by these rules or destruction of the park property may result in your removal from the park, denial of future use of the park and may subject you to possible civil and/or criminal penalties.
