NOTICE OF PROPERTY TAX INCREASE – Millage rate to remain unchanged for 2025 The City of Grayson has tentatively adopted a 2025 millage rate which will require an increase in property taxes by 4.58 percent. All concerned citizens are invited to the public hearing on this tax increase to be held at the Grayson City Hall, 475 Grayson Parkway, Grayson, GA 30017 on August 13, 2025 at 6:30 pm. Times and places of additional public hearings on this tax increase are at Senior Center, 485 Grayson Parkway, Grayson, GA 30017

Notice is hereby given for a municipal general election to be held at the Grayson Senior Center, 485 Grayson Parkway, Grayson, Georgia, on Tuesday, November 4, 2025, to elect the Mayor and two (2) members of the City Council. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. § 21-2-132(3)(a), all persons desiring to run for office shall qualify in the office of the Municipal Election Superintendent (City Administrator), at Grayson City Hall, 475 Grayson Parkway, Grayson, Georgia beginning 8:30 am on Monday, August 18, 2025, and ending at 4:30 pm Wednesday, August 20, 2025.
