Variance Request

Notice is hereby given to the public that an application for a variance has been filed with the City of Grayson, GA by Cherokee Growth, LLC c/o Mahaffey Pickens Tucker, LLP. for the property located at 2115 Loganville Highway, Suite 201 Grayson, GA 30017, Tax R5134 280 and R5155 005.

The request is to increase the minimum and maximum number of parking spaces to 99 and 108 for a proposed medical office.

A Public Hearing on the proposed variance request will be held before the Board of Appeals in the Grayson Senior Center on Monday, October 28, 2024 at 7:00 PM located at 485 Grayson Parkway, Grayson, GA 30017. The Board of Appeals has the authority to authorize a variance from the terms of the Zoning Ordinance and may place conditions on the property as the Board of Appeals deems appropriate, constitutional and in the best interest of the citizens of Grayson. The public is invited and encouraged to attend this meeting.
